1. TALENTS
This is the main build, that has proven over the years. You have 4 talent points left to spend as you want.
2. GLYPHS
Here is the best Major and Minor Glyphs variation.

3. GEMS
Gems will increase our potential. Depending on the equipment, of course, adding caps to the stats that we need.
After you get the haste cap, put all gems on +23 spell power (Runed Cardinal Ruby).
Meta socket:
Insightful Earthsiege Diamond or Ember Skyflare Diamond – both are good.
Red socket: Runed Cardinal Ruby
Blue socket: Purified Dreadstone
Yellow socket: Reckless Ametrine
4. PROFESSIONS
In WoTLK all professions is balanced, but the most useful professions for the restore are:
Jewerly – must need. 3 stones that gives +117 SP is OP.
Leatherworking – wrist enchant (+76 SP)
Alchemy – +46 SP from potion
Enchantment – Rings enchant (+46 SP each)
Blacksmithing – 2 prismatic sockets for the gloves and wrist
Inscription – Shoulder enchant +70 SP and 8 mana restore/5s
Tailoring – Cloak enchant +60 SP
5. EQUIPMENT ENCHANTS
Here is a lot of enchants that can be only used while you have specific professions, so you can manage what you need, but here is very popular enchant build.
Head: Arcanum of Blissful Mending
Shoulder: Greater Inscription of the Crag
Back: Enchant Cloak – Greater Speed
Chest: Enchant Chest – Powerful Stats
Bracers: Enchant Bracers – Superior Spellpower
Gloves: Enchant Gloves – Exceptional Spellpower
Waist: Eternal Belt Buckle
Legs: Brilliant Spellthread
Boots: Enchant Boots – Tuskarr’s Vitality or Enchant Boots – Greater Spirit
6. WEAPON ENCHANTS
Best enchants for weapon:
Enchant Weapon – Mighty Spellpower or Formula: Enchant Staff – Greater Spellpower
7. ROTATION
Since the restore druid is able to heal the entire raid, here is entire raid heal rotation.
Before pull use Potion of Wild Magic.
After it use Regrowth and Lifebloom on the tank. Keep Lifebloom on the tank at all times.
AoE healing Combo: Wild Growth -> 5x Regrowth
You can use Rejuvenation instead of Regrowth if raid isn’t taking too much damage.
Tranquility can be used after a massive AoE or combined with Barkskin when needed.
Use Rejuvenation on people who have taken damage. Also use Rejuvenation on those who are about to take damage (there will always be). Rejuvenation is your chance to get almost dead comrade out of any situation with “Swiftmend”
8. STAT PRIORITY
Here is only one stat cap and we can reach 735 cap from equip, so put all of your gems that gives SP.
