4. PROFESSIONS
In WoTLK all professions are balanced, here are the best professions for bear, but the most useful are Leatherworking and Jewelry.
Leatherworking – improved bracers enchant +102 stamina.
Jewelry – upgraded gem (Solid Dragon’s Eye) that gives +51 stamina.
Enchantment – Rings enchant (+30 stamina each).
Blacksmithing – 2 prismatic sockets for the gloves and wrist.
Inscription – Enchantment for shoulder +0.88% dodge.
Mining – +60 stamina.
5. EQUIPMENT ENCHANTS
Here is a lot of enchants that can be only used while you have specific professions, so you can manage what you need, but here is a very popular enchant build.

7. ROTATION
Rotation on bear isn’t hard, but you always need to be concentrated and hold aggro. Bear has a lot of HP and survive CD’s.
Start and survival CD’s:
Enrage is a standard rage generator (With 4 T10 bonus it will not decrease your armor).
Barkskin has a one-minute cooldown and should be used as often as possible.
Survival Instincts and Frenzied Regeneration is a great combination.
Survival Instincts should be used when you are about to die, so healer will have extra time for saving you or someone else.
Battle rotation:
Always use Maul. Maul doesn’t have global cooldown, so you can use it with Mangle, swipe, and lacerate.
Use Faerie Fire (Feral) on the pull to generate extra aggro.
Use Mangle (Bear) on cooldown and keep 5 stacks of Lacerate up.
Use Berserk at the start and spam Mangle (Bear) and Maul on cooldown for aggro generation.
Use swipe for AoE aggro.
Growl – for pull/switch aggro from a teammate.
8. STAT PRIORITY
Once you get hit rating 8%, growl will always hit targets. Don’t focus on dodge stat, if you can get more AGI instead of it.
Stamina (By far your most important stat)
Agility
Hit 8% – (263 rating)
Expertise (132 rating)
Dodge – 50% (Dodge is not as good as raw agility)
Haste – The more you can get, the better result will be, but don’t prefer it if you can increase hit rating, stamina and dodge.
