Do weapon racials still decide the best race?

No, weapon specialization racials are gone in WoW: Forever. Human Sword Specialization and Orc Axe Specialization did not return, because Blizzard does not want raid and dungeon loot judged by a required weapon type.

Human now gets a flat +1% critical strike chance. Orc gets Command, which adds 5% to Warlock and Hunter pet damage. Dwarf gets +1% hit chance with spells and attacks, and hit is a single stat in Forever, so that bonus works for every class.

Is Skyborne the best race for its classes?
