1. Who is responsible for your data
This website and shop are operated by BIRCH IT SOLUTIONS FZCO , Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, or to exercise any right listed below, write to support@pewpewshop.pro . We answer data requests within 30 days.
2. What we collect, and why
Order and contact details — the e-mail address you give at checkout, your Discord or in-game contact if you provide one, and what you ordered. Needed to deliver the service and to support you afterwards. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we receive only the result of the payment and the last digits of the card for your receipt. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived. Collected by the analytics tools listed below. Legal basis: your consent where consent is required, otherwise our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop.
Support messages — anything you write to us in chat or by e-mail, kept so we can follow up on your order.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your game account password. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies fall into two groups.
Essential — keep your cart, your session and your language choice, and let checkout work. These cannot be switched off, and no consent is required for them.
Analytics and advertising measurement — set by Google Analytics, Google Ads and Yandex Metrica (see the list below). Typical lifetime is up to 13 months.
If you visit us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the second group is switched off until you agree : a banner asks you on your first visit, and nothing in that group is loaded before you answer. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back.
4. Who else processes your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the companies that make the shop work:
Stripe — payment processing.
Google (Analytics, Ads) — audience measurement and advertising performance. Loaded only with your consent where consent is required.
Yandex Metrica — audience measurement. Loaded only with your consent where consent is required.
Tawk.to — the live-chat widget, loaded only when you open the chat or interact with the page.
Chatium — hosting and delivery of this website.
Some of these companies are outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by that provider.
5. How long we keep it
Order and payment records: kept while the order is open and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Support conversations: up to 24 months after the last message.
Analytics data: kept according to each provider's own retention settings, at most 14 months in Google Analytics.
Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or send it to another provider. You may withdraw consent at any time — that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. If you believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to support@pewpewshop.pro . We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments go through Stripe's hosted checkout, and access to order data is limited to the people who fulfil and support orders. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on the site.
