How does a coaching session work?
You book a session, we match you with a vetted coach for your class and bracket, and you meet on Discord. You always play your own account yourself — the coach guides you live, reviews your gameplay or plays alongside you in a group.
Do I need to share my account?
No. Coaching never requires your login. All sessions happen on your own account, played by you.
How do payments work?
Card payments are processed by our payment provider at checkout. Prices are in EUR. You receive an email receipt and order updates.
What if I miss a session or want a refund?
Sessions can be rescheduled for free with 12+ hours notice. If a booked session has not been delivered, you get a full refund — message support 24/7.
