There is no boss, rare spawn or item in World of Warcraft called Nexus-Point Xenas — nothing in the game carries that name. If you searched for a Xenas boost, you almost certainly mean Nexus-King Salhadaar, the seventh boss of Manaforge Omega. What you would actually buy for him is a single-boss kill or a full raid clear.
What the name is most likely a mangle of
- Nexus-King Salhadaar — the ethereal king, boss 7 of 8 in Manaforge Omega, standing between the raid and Dimensius the All-Devouring. This is the "Nexus-" fight people buy carries for.
- Nexus-Prince Shaffar — the old Burning Crusade end boss of Mana-Tombs, still visited by transmog and achievement hunters.
- Nexus-Prince Haramad — a Consortium quest giver in Netherstorm, not a kill target at all.
- The Nexus — a Northrend dungeon in Coldarra. "Nexus point" is not a currency, a raid mechanic or a loot source in WoW.
- If a shop lists loot from "Nexus-Point Xenas" by name, that page was generated from search data, not from the game.
Is a Nexus-King Salhadaar carry the thing to buy, then?
If Manaforge Omega is your goal, yes. He is the wall most groups stall on before the final boss, and he is the last stop before Dimensius, so a kill there is what actually moves your week forward.
Buy a single boss when he is the only thing missing. Buy a full clear when you want the whole lockout — more loot chances, the earlier bosses done, and no scheduling a second run three days later.
How does a single-boss run actually go?
You book a time slot, you show up on your own character, and you run the fight together with a group of vetted human players who already know every call. No bots, no third-party software — just people who have killed it hundreds of times doing the heavy lifting on mechanics while you play your rotation.
A single-boss kill is usually a 20-40 minute affair including setup. Anything the group can pass to you under the game's own trade rules is yours.

For Manaforge Omega specifically, a Normal boost starts from EUR 5.83. If you are farming the raid week after week for mounts or transmog, a Weekly Raid Farm starts from EUR 130.
What if "Xenas" isn't World of Warcraft at all?
