Choose the right Forever order before you pay

Beta and launch services are for different stages of the game. This guide shows which listing to use, what character details to provide for gold, and what to verify in the confirmed price and delivery stage.

Step 1

Beta now or permanent launch?

The game schedule comes from Blizzard. The service stage comes from the product title and options. Check both.

Current beta

Use a listing marked “Beta”

Blizzard’s test runs from September 17 through October 21. The initial cap is level 20 and is scheduled to rise to 30 later in the test.

  • Use the character created on the current test environment.
  • Available content can change as Blizzard expands the test.
  • The order covers the beta product named at checkout; it does not reserve launch delivery.
November 4 launch

Use a listing without the beta label

Blizzard lists the permanent launch for November 4 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, with access included in an active WoW subscription or Game Time.

  • Launch characters use a ruleset rather than a realm.
  • Leveling, gold and other launch products begin under their own listed conditions.
  • The game launch time is not an order completion estimate.
Step 2

Give only the details the product asks for

  1. Confirm the stage in the product title.“Forever Beta Gold” is for the test environment. “WoW: Forever Gold” is a launch product.
  2. For gold, enter the full two-part character name.Provide first name and surname exactly as created. A partial name can identify the wrong character.
  3. Select the available region, faction or ruleset.Forever is realmless. Do not invent a realm name, and do not add one when the product does not request it.
  4. Keep credentials out of order notes.Never place a password or authenticator code in notes or email. Blizzard’s account-security guidance says not to give out account information.

Step 3

Verify the quote, order stage and delivery path

  1. Configure the service.Choose the amount, faction, ruleset, level range, dungeon or run count offered on the product.
  2. Wait for the confirmed price.Use the final EUR total shown after the options are accepted. Do not calculate a payment from a card’s “from” label.
  3. Review your order before payment.Check the product title, beta or launch stage, selected options and final total. Stop if the order details differ from your selection.
  4. Keep the order reference.Use it to check order status and when contacting support. Refund eligibility and service conditions follow the published Terms.

Questions to resolve before checkout

Should I order a Forever beta service or a launch service?

Choose a beta listing only for work on the current test environment. Choose a launch listing for the permanent game after its November 4 launch. The listings are separate, and a beta order does not automatically become a launch order.

What character details should I enter for Forever gold?

Enter the character’s complete two-part name: first name and surname. Select the offered region, faction or ruleset exactly as shown on the product. Forever is realmless, so do not invent a realm name or add one when the form does not ask for it.

How do I check the amount before paying?

Configure the product and wait for the confirmed price. Check the product title, beta or launch stage, selected amount and final EUR total. If any of them differs from what you intended, stop and contact support before payment.

When does a Forever launch order begin?

Blizzard lists the worldwide launch for November 4, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific. The start and completion of a store order depend on the selected product and its current delivery conditions; the launch date is not a completion promise.

Where can I check an existing order?

Keep the order reference and use the order-status link returned by checkout. If the stage, character details or delivery instructions need clarification, contact support with that reference and do not include a password or authenticator code in the message.
