Barrow Deeps has three entrances: one in Mount Hyjal, one in Winterspring and one through Blackmaw Hold, the level 55–60 furbolg dungeon in Azshara. All three lead into the same 10-player, level-60 raid hidden beneath Kalimdor, which has eight bosses. Blizzard has not published exact coordinates yet. The raid opens on December 9, 2026, per Blizzard's roadmap.

Which Barrow Deeps entrance should I use?

Use the one closest to where you are. Blizzard describes the three entrances as connected, so they all lead into the same raid. Mount Hyjal is the obvious one for most groups. It is Forever's new endgame zone, the end of the leveling road, and home to the 20-player Hyjal Summit raid, so raiders will spend a lot of time there anyway. Winterspring borders Mount Hyjal and has its own entrance. Blackmaw Hold is a 55–60 dungeon, so a group finishing a run there can drop straight into the raid's network.

Exact spots and coordinates for each entrance have not been officially published. Until the raid goes live, don't trust any waypoint someone shares with you.

What is Blackmaw Hold?

Blackmaw Hold is one of the nine new Forever dungeons. Blizzard's dungeon overview describes it as a furbolg city in Azshara for levels 55–60, with multiple routes and bosses, and calls it a max-level adventure. It counts as a dungeon in its own right, and it's also one of the three ways into Barrow Deeps. Wowhead has guessed it could be Forever's Blackrock Depths-style mega dungeon, but Blizzard hasn't confirmed that.

Is Barrow Deeps the same as the Barrow Dens in Moonglade?

No. The Barrow Dens in Moonglade are the druid caves from the original game. In Forever, Druids go there for the Cat Form quest at level 20. Barrow Deeps is a separate level-60 raid beneath Kalimdor. The names sound alike and the lore overlaps, since Illidan was imprisoned in a barrow. But Blizzard lists Barrow Deeps' entrances as Hyjal, Winterspring and Blackmaw Hold, and Moonglade isn't one of them.

What do we know about the bosses?

Not much. Blizzard has confirmed eight bosses and teased a few mechanics on the official WoW: Forever podcast. One boss has you manage a damage buff that comes with a cost, and another is a pair of spiders. Boss names and loot tables are still unknown. Clearing all eight bosses also counts as one of the Legacy Challenges and earns a Legacy Point.
