Is buying a boost safe for my account?
It is as safe as we make it, and we take that seriously. A pilot logs in over a VPN matched to your usual country, never trades or moves anything off the account, and only does the job you bought. We have run this for years without an account lost to a boost. The honest caveat: every form of account sharing is technically against Blizzard's terms, so risk is never literally zero — we just keep it as close to zero as careful handling allows. Self-play orders avoid sharing entirely.
Will I get banned for using a boosting service?
We have never had a customer banned for a boost we ran, and the way we work is built to keep it that way — country-matched VPN, no third-party software, no gold-selling, human play only. Bans tend to come from cheap bot-driven services or buying gold from sketchy sellers, not from a careful piloted carry. If you want the bans question off the table completely, pick a self-play order where nobody else ever touches your login.
Do you use a VPN to match my location?
Yes, always, on every piloted order. Before a booster logs in we set up a VPN in your country — and your city or region if you tell us — so the login looks like you traveling, not a stranger from another continent. It is one of the simplest and most effective things we do to keep an account quiet during a carry. If your region is unusual, mention it at checkout and we will match it.
What is the difference between piloted and self-play?
Piloted means a booster logs into your account and completes the job for you — you do nothing but check back when it is done. Self-play (also called pilot-free) means you play your own character alongside our boosters, so nobody else ever touches your login. Piloted is faster and usually cheaper; self-play is the safest possible option and lets you actually play the content. Most services offer both — pick whichever fits your comfort level.
Do I have to share my account password?
Only for piloted orders, and only with the assigned booster — never published, never reused, never kept after the order closes. We recommend changing your password to a temporary one before the order and back afterward; it takes thirty seconds and keeps you fully in control. If sharing a password is a hard no for you, choose a self-play order instead: you keep your login the whole time and just queue with our team.
How fast will my order be delivered?
It depends on the service. A single Mythic+ key or heroic boss kill is often done the same day, frequently within hours of you placing the order. Full raid clears, rating pushes and power-leveling run over a few sessions and are usually finished within a day or two. Each product page lists a realistic delivery window, and many services offer Express or Super Express tiers if you need it sooner. We would rather quote you an honest timeframe than promise a fantasy one.
Can I start my order right now?
Most of the time, yes. We run support and boosters around the clock across time zones, so a booster is usually available to start a popular service shortly after you order. A few high-end runs — Cutting Edge raid kills, top-tier rating pushes — are scheduled around guild and team availability, and we will tell you the start window up front. If timing matters, message us before you buy and we will confirm.
What happens after I place an order?
You get an order confirmation, and our team reaches out (Discord or email, your choice) to line up the details — character, schedule, any options you picked, and for piloted orders the secure handoff. From there a booster is assigned, the work starts in your stated window, and you can check progress with us at any time. When it is done we confirm completion, you verify the result in-game, and that is the order closed.
Will I keep the gold, loot and items earned during the boost?
Yes. Anything that drops or is earned on your character during the run stays on your character — gold, gear, mounts, currencies, all of it. Boosters never trade items off your account; the whole point is that the value lands in your bags, not theirs. The only exception is a service explicitly defined as delivering something to someone else, which would be spelled out clearly before you buy.
Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?
Yes. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back — that is the baseline, not a favor. If a booster cannot complete the job, we either reassign it, finish it another way, or refund the unfinished portion. Refunds do not apply once a service is fully and correctly delivered (you got the kill, the rating, the level), which is fair both ways. If you are ever unsure where an order stands, ask support before disputing — we resolve almost everything in chat.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major cards — Visa, Mastercard — plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; that stays with the processor. Prices are shown in your selected currency where available, and you will always see the final total, including any options and discounts, before you confirm.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs through an established, PCI-compliant payment processor over an encrypted connection — the same kind of flow you use on any reputable online store. Your card details go straight to the processor, not to us, and the page shows you the exact amount before anything is charged. No hidden fees, no surprise top-ups mid-order.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
We do. There is usually an active promo code you can apply at checkout for a percentage off, and bundles are priced below buying each piece separately — the catalog flags the savings right on the card. Returning customers also build loyalty progress that unlocks better pricing over time. If a code is advertised on the site, it works; if one ever does not apply, tell support and we will sort it.
Do you boost self-play so I can actually play my character?
Yes, and a lot of customers prefer it. On a self-play order you sit in the group with our boosters and play your own seat — you complete the content yourself, with a team strong enough to carry the hard parts, and your login is never shared. It is the right pick if you want the rewards and the experience, not just the result sitting in your inbox.
Which games do you cover?
World of Warcraft is our home turf — Mythic+, raids, PvP rating, leveling and more — and we also run boosts across a range of other titles including Diablo 4, Path of Exile, Destiny 2, Valorant and CS2. The catalog is the live source of truth; if you see a game listed there, we actively staff it. If you want something you do not see, ask — we can often arrange it.
Who are the boosters doing the work?
Real, verified players — many of them title-range PvPers, Cutting Edge raiders and Keystone Hero pushers who do this content on their own accounts every season. We vet for skill and reliability, not just availability, because a carry is only as good as the people running it. You can browse our PRO roster on the site and, on many orders, see which booster handled your run.
Can I stay anonymous and keep this private?
Yes. We do not post customer names, share your details, or attach your purchase to anything public. Communication happens privately over Discord or email, whichever you prefer, and your account information is used only to complete the order and then dropped. Discretion is part of the service, not an add-on.
How do I contact support if I have a question?
