Since the October 1 beta build, the level 30 cap of World of Warcraft: Forever unlocks 14 dungeons: Ragefire Chasm, Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, Wailing Caverns, The Deadmines, Shadowfang Keep, The Stockade, Blackfathom Deeps, Gnomeregan, Razorfen Kraul, Scarlet Monastery, Razorfen Downs (25+), Uldaman (30+) and the new Excavation Site: Wetlands (26–31). City of Dalaran has not opened yet.
Forever beta dungeon list at level 30
Blizzard published levels only for the new dungeons and the two that just opened. For the returning Classic dungeons, the table gives the original Classic ranges as a rough guide. Blizzard has not confirmed Forever ranges for them, and Forever has no level scaling.

What level is the Excavation Site in Forever?
Blizzard's October 1 beta patch notes list Excavation Site: Wetlands at levels 26–31. An earlier social post from developer Josh Greenfield said 24–29, so trust the patch notes. It sits above Whelgar's Excavation in the Wetlands and was the new dungeon added when the beta cap rose from 20 to 30. Boss lists and loot tables have not been published.
Can you do Uldaman on the Forever beta?
Yes. Uldaman opened on October 1 with a listed minimum of 30, which is exactly the current beta cap. Blizzard has not said how hard it is at 30. Because nothing scales, a group of fresh level-30 characters should expect a harder run than in the lower dungeons.
When does City of Dalaran open on the beta?
Blizzard has not given a date. The October 1 notes say City of Dalaran (20–35) is coming in a future beta update. Wowhead has already mapped the entrances: Alliance go in through the Dalaran Sewers at Cantrips & Crows, and Horde enter from outside the city with the Dalaran Sewer Key. The 40–60 dungeons (Alcaz Prison, Shaper's Terrace, Krol'dok Stronghold) are beyond the cap and arrive at launch on November 4.
Are dungeons still good XP at 30?
They're still worth running for gear, but the XP is lower than it was. The same build cut the extra experience from dungeon quests by 50% because testers were leveling too fast. Expect to mix dungeons with questing.
