How does the Labyrinth work?
Think of a Delve stretched across a full dungeon. According to Blizzard's 12.1.5 notes, you can push through all nine chambers in one go or treat each wing as its own run. Every wing pays out on its own, and clearing more rooms adds more treasure. So a short session still gets you something, while a full clear gets you the most.
Valeera Sanguinar is your companion for the whole thing. The Labyrinth also gets its own progression systems and unlocks, separate from the standard Delve companion track. Blizzard hasn't published the details yet, so expect to learn them on launch day.
What rewards does Kindo'jan give?
Blizzard lists Mythic gear, cosmetics and titles, plus whatever the Labyrinth's own unlock tracks open up. The exact item levels and which titles and cosmetics drop haven't been announced. If a guide quotes a specific item level for Labyrinth loot right now, it is guessing.
What is the Tier 11 solo challenge?
Blizzard lists a Tier 11 solo challenge as part of the Labyrinth. The rules, timer (if there is one) and reward aren't public yet. If you want to warm up, the best practice is clearing Tier 11 Season 2 Delves like The Ring of Glory, Gnarldor Isle or the Nemesis Delve Venomfall Deeps now.
Is it the same as a normal Delve?
No. Regular Delves are short, self-contained runs. Kindo'jan is a nine-room complex with wings, its own progression and a named story companion. It shares the solo-friendly, tiered feel of Delves but is a separate piece of content.
What else comes with 12.1.5?
The same patch brings the single-boss raid The Unbinding of Kith'ix, the story campaign The Promise of Tomorrow across Quel'Thalas and Zul'Aman, Aqir Invasions in Eversong and Zul'Aman, and the return of Keystone Myth at 3600 rating. From the week of October 20, Tier 11 Bountiful Delves also drop Ascendant Venomstones.
If you'd rather get your Delve tiers sorted before the update, PewPewShop's vetted players offer self-play coaching and progression help, with Tier 11 Delve Clears from EUR 44. Help with the Labyrinth itself starts once 12.1.5 is live.
