In TBC Anniversary, level First Aid from 1 to 375 by crafting bandages in this order: Linen to 50, Heavy Linen to 80, Wool to 115, Heavy Wool to 150, Silk to 180, Heavy Silk to 210, Mageweave to 240, Heavy Mageweave to 260, Runecloth to 290, Heavy Runecloth to 330, Netherweave to 360 and Heavy Netherweave to 375. Each bandage takes one or two pieces of a single cloth type.

Every TBC bandage by skill

The numbers come from the TBC Anniversary client data (build 2.5.6). Orange means a guaranteed skill point, yellow and green give points less and less often, and grey gives nothing. Below its yellow number a recipe is orange.

  • Learnable from a manual: Heavy Silk (needs 180), Mageweave (needs 210), Netherweave (needs 330) and Heavy Netherweave (needs 360). Get the manual before you reach that skill so you don't have to stop.
  • Anti-venoms (Anti-Venom at 80, Strong at 130, Powerful at 300) use venom sacs. They are handy cures, but bandages are the reliable way to level.
  • Rank caps: First Aid stops at 75, 150, 225 and 300 until you learn the next rank, and Master First Aid unlocks 300-375.

Where do you learn Master First Aid in TBC?

Master First Aid, the rank that raises the cap from 300 to 375, is taught by First Aid trainers in Outland. The Hellfire Peninsula faction hubs and Shattrath are the usual places to find one. Make sure you have learned it before you go past 300, or your skill-ups will stop at the cap.

How do you get the Netherweave Bandage manual?

Netherweave Bandage comes from the item Manual: Netherweave Bandage, which needs 330 First Aid. Heavy Netherweave Bandage has its own manual and needs 360. Craft Heavy Runecloth Bandages up to 330, then switch. Heavy Runecloth goes grey at 350, so you have a little room if the manual takes a while.

How do you level First Aid from 300 to 375 in TBC?

Craft Heavy Runecloth Bandages up to 330. Make Netherweave Bandages up to 360, then Heavy Netherweave Bandages up to 375. Netherweave Cloth drops from most humanoid mobs in Outland, so questing usually covers it. Heavy Netherweave is still yellow at 375 (it turns green at 385 and grey at 410), which means the last few points come slower. Bring extra cloth.

Can you skip low-level cloth?

No. Every bandage goes grey well before the next cloth tier's top bandage, so you need some of each cloth: linen, wool, silk, mageweave, runecloth and netherweave. Alts can farm the low tiers quickly, or you can buy them on the Auction House.

If you'd rather not grind cloth on a new character, PewPewShop's vetted players offer First Aid profession powerleveling from EUR 18. It's done by hand with no bots, and our record has zero bans.
