The WoW: Forever dungeon deep dive is part of the PAX Aus 2026 opening keynote, streamed on the Warcraft or PAX Twitch channel on October 8, 6:00–7:30 p.m. PDT. That is October 9, 2:00–3:30 a.m. BST, or 12:00–1:30 p.m. AEDT. Executive producer Holly Longdale hosts, and associate production director Clay Stone presents one of the new Forever dungeons in depth. Blizzard has not named the dungeon yet.

Which dungeon will Blizzard show at PAX Aus?
Blizzard's announcement only says it will be one of the new Forever dungeons. Nine were announced for launch: Hall of Thanes (13–18), Ruins of Lordaeron (15–20), City of Dalaran (20–35), the Excavation Site in the Wetlands, the Drowned City off Stranglethorn Vale, Blackmaw Hold, plus three dungeons for levels 40–60: Alcaz Prison, Shaper's Terrace and Krol'dok Stronghold.
Hall of Thanes and Ruins of Lordaeron are already playable on the beta, so a deep dive into one of the unreleased dungeons seems more likely. That is a guess, though, and not something Blizzard has confirmed. One more point: after Josh "Aggrend" Greenfield replied "Hold our beer(s)" to a request for a Blackrock Depths-style mega dungeon, Wowhead read this as a hint that one of the endgame dungeons, probably Blackmaw Hold, will be built that way. Blizzard has not confirmed that reading either.
Can I play WoW: Forever at PAX Aus?
Yes. From October 9 to 11 the Forever booth in Melbourne offers hands-on beta play. Visitors can also pick up a "Raid for Riches" quest card and a Pinny Arcade pin, one per person while stocks last. If you're not attending, the beta itself runs until October 21, and Skyborne Epic Pack or Warcraft Forever Collection owners get instant access.
What does Forever mean for Oceanic players?
Forever is realmless, but it still has regions. Per Wowhead's recaps of Blizzard interviews, Oceanic players are hosted on Oceania data centers and share the US-wide auction house. Instead of picking a realm, you choose a ruleset: Normal, PvP, Roleplaying, or Hardcore, which arrives after launch.
When does WoW: Forever launch?
According to Blizzard's roadmap, Forever launches on November 4, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific in every region. It's included with an active WoW subscription or Game Time. Early Name Reservation runs October 27 – November 3, and raids (Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit and Onyxia's Lair) open on December 9.
