WoW: Forever's beta files hold three new dungeon gear sets: Defias Enforcer's Garb (themed on The Deadmines), Violet Sorcerer's Vestments (City of Dalaran) and Krol'dok Battlegear (Krol'dok Stronghold). Each set has bonuses at 2, 3, 4 and 5 pieces. Wowhead found them in the files on October 9, 2026, so the stats can still change. Nobody knows yet which bosses drop the pieces.

- Drop locations: no one knows yet which bosses or creatures drop each piece.
- Unexplained bonuses: Violet Meditation, Summon Arcane Elemental, Krol'dok Resolve and Ogre Dominance are known only by name. Their effects have not been published.
- Testing: Wowhead describes Krol'dok Stronghold as a level 40 dungeon. It has not been tested on the beta yet. The City of Dalaran dungeon has been on the beta since October 8.

Who are these three sets built for?
The bonuses point to three roles. Defias Enforcer's Garb is a melee set: Stamina, sword skill and a critical strike proc suit sword users like Warriors, Rogues and Paladins. Violet Sorcerer's Vestments looks like a caster set because it gives Spirit and Arcane Resistance and summons an Arcane Elemental. Krol'dok Battlegear gives Armor and Defense, which tanks want. This is our reading of the stats. Blizzard hasn't published class restrictions.
Are there other dungeon sets in Forever?
Yes. Blizzard says set bonuses are improved across Forever, and other sets have turned up on the beta. Captain Greenskin in The Deadmines drops part of the First Mate Band, a split set whose epic partner is a level 60 item. Its 2-piece bonus is +20 Strength plus a chance on melee swing to gain 50 Strength for 10 sec. The Embrace of the Viper set in Wailing Caverns has five pieces, each from a different creature. Its hidden 5-piece bonus turns Druids into a snake. In the Riverglades, the Black Market Auction House sells mostly a changed version of the original Dungeon Set 1, also called Tier 0.
Do dungeon set pieces count for transmog?
Yes, if they work like other dungeon loot. In Forever, a bind-on-pickup Uncommon or Rare dungeon drop gives its appearance to every eligible player when it is looted, not just the player who takes it. Blizzard has also made unique dungeon boss items Rare (blue) quality. So running a dungeon with a group helps everyone collect these looks faster.
When can I farm these sets?
The beta ends October 21, 2026, and WoW: Forever launches November 4, 2026. Krol'dok Stronghold is a level 40 dungeon (per Wowhead), so the Krol'dok Battlegear is a later-leveling goal. The Deadmines and City of Dalaran sets come earlier.
