Keystone Hero: The Arcway is the Legion-era Mythic+ achievement for completing The Arcway, the dungeon beneath Suramar City, on a Mythic Keystone of level 15 or higher before the timer expired. Since Legion dungeons dropped out of the Mythic+ pool, it sits in Legacy Feats of Strength; today's Keystone Hero achievements cover current-season dungeons at +10 and award a dungeon teleport.

Is Keystone Hero: The Arcway still obtainable?
Not through the Legion version of the achievement. Legion Mythic+ ended with that expansion, and its Keystone Hero achievements were moved to the Legacy tab. The Arcway itself is still there — you can run it on Normal, Heroic and Mythic for transmog and the timewalking rotation — but the Mythic Keystone version only exists while a dungeon is part of a live season.
Blizzard does bring older dungeons back into seasonal rotations (Court of Stars, Black Rook Hold and Darkheart Thicket all returned in Dragonflight), and returning dungeons get a fresh Keystone Hero achievement under current rules. I can't confirm whether The Arcway has been added to a recent or upcoming rotation, so if you're seeing it on a season list, treat that as new content and check the in-game achievement panel for the exact key level.

The Arcway is the arcane sewer system running under Suramar City on the Broken Isles. The entrance sits inside the city, and in Legion it was gated behind the Nightfallen campaign — you had to push far enough through the Suramar story to unlock both The Arcway and Court of Stars. With the Legion level squish that gating is far less of an obstacle, and a Broken Isles character at the appropriate level can reach it via the Dalaran portal and a flight to Suramar.
Inside, the dungeon is deliberately non-linear: after the entry corridor you pick your route through four wings and their bosses in any order, then the path to Advisor Vandros opens. In keystone runs that freedom mattered — routes were built around which patrols to skip and which Nightborne packs gave the most enemy forces for the least risk.
Why was The Arcway considered a hard key?
Three things. The dungeon is big, so a +15 in time punished any wasted pull. Corstilax's Quarantine and Nal'tira's web mechanics wiped groups that were sloppy on positioning, and Vandros's final phase demanded real single-target damage under pressure. Many Legion players cleared their +15s in the shorter dungeons first and left The Arcway and Court of Stars for a strong week, which is why the achievement had some bragging-rights value.
What does a modern Keystone Hero achievement give you?
Under current rules, Keystone Hero for a dungeon means timing it on a +10 keystone during a season in which it is part of the rotation. The reward is a permanent teleport to that dungeon's entrance, usable in later seasons and expansions, plus the achievement itself. This is separate from Keystone Master (a seasonal score target that awards a mount) and Keystone Legend (a higher score target with its own mount and title).
If you've earned Keystone Hero in a current dungeon and want to fill out your seasonal collection, that teleport is the reason most players chase every dungeon in the pool rather than just the easy ones.
If you'd rather learn the current season's dungeons with someone who has them on farm, PewPewShop's vetted human players offer play-together runs and coaching — a single timed key for a specific dungeon starts from EUR 20, and Keystone Master progression help starts from EUR 139.99.
