Questie's quest database lists 7 Mana-Tombs quests in TBC Anniversary. Three are the core dungeon quests from the Consortium camp outside the Auchindoun entrance in Terokkar Forest: Safety Is Job One, Someone Else's Hard Work Pays Off and Undercutting the Competition. Each needs level 64. The other four are level 70 quests from Shattrath, Blade's Edge Mountains and Zangarmarsh.

Where do you pick up the Mana-Tombs quests?
Artificer Morphalius and Nexus-Prince Haramad stand outside the Mana-Tombs entrance in Auchindoun. Pick up both quests before you zone in. Sha'heen's escort starts inside the instance. It only becomes available after you have Safety Is Job One, so make sure everyone in the group takes that quest first.
How does the Sha'heen escort work?
Sha'heen follows your group and stops at each of Shaffar's ether collectors along the way. Keep him alive until the end, then go back outside and turn the quest in to Nexus-Prince Haramad, not to Sha'heen. If the whole party is on this quest, you can usually finish it in the same run as the Shaffar kill.
What are the level 70 Mana-Tombs quests?
The Stasis Chambers chain starts with the Image of Commander Ameer at Bash'ir's Landing in Blade's Edge Mountains. You need the Mana-Tombs Stasis Chamber Key to open the chamber inside. Nexus-Prince Shaffar's Personal Chamber follows it. Wind Trader Zhareem's Wanted quest asks for Shaffar's Wondrous Amulet. All three are meant for level 70 characters, so save them for a later run.
Why is The Ward of Wakening on the list?
Questie's quest database files The Ward of Wakening under Mana-Tombs, but you don't have to enter the dungeon for it. You turn herbs in to Morthis Whisperwing at the Cenarion Refuge. Herbalists can do it whenever they have the materials.
