Shadowfang Keep has three quests in WoW Classic, and all three are Horde-only: Deathstalkers in Shadowfang (level 25), The Book of Ur (level 26) and Arugal Must Die (level 27). Two start in Silverpine Forest and one in the Undercity. You can pick them up from level 16 or 18, depending on the quest.

- Faction: all three quests are Horde.
- Earliest pickup: The Book of Ur at level 16. The other two need level 18.
- Hubs: Silverpine Forest has two givers (Hadrec and Dalar Dawnweaver, both tied to the Sepulcher). The Undercity's Apothecarium has the third.
- Final boss quest: Arugal Must Die. You need to clear the whole keep to finish it.
What order should I do the SFK quests in?
Grab all three before you zone in. Hadrec and Dalar Dawnweaver are both in Silverpine, so collecting them takes one trip. Make a quick stop at the Undercity for Bel'dugur's quest. Deathstalkers in Shadowfang finishes inside the dungeon, so you hand it in during the run. The Book of Ur and Arugal's head go back to their givers once you come out.
Are there Alliance quests for Shadowfang Keep?
None of the quests that Questie's database files under Shadowfang Keep are Alliance quests. All three are Horde. Alliance players still run SFK for the gear and experience. They just don't get a quest bundle from this list to go with it.
What level should I be to run Shadowfang Keep?
The quests go from level 25 to 27. Arugal is the hardest objective, so being in the mid-20s makes the full clear much smoother. You can pick up The Book of Ur at 16 and the other two at 18, but with five players in that range the run will be slow and risky. If you want the quests to be worth the trip, aim to be close to their quest levels.
Do the quests count if I don't finish the dungeon?
Partly. Deathstalkers in Shadowfang only asks you to find two NPCs, so a partial run can complete it. Arugal Must Die needs the final boss dead. You'll only finish it if your group reaches the end.
