Zanza potions are sold by Rin'wosho the Trader on Yojamba Isle, a small island off the northwest coast of Stranglethorn Vale, right next to the Zul'Gurub raid entrance. You can't buy them on the auction house. You pay with Zandalar Honor Tokens, which you get by turning in the tribal coins that drop off trash mobs inside Zul'Gurub to that same trader.

  • Vendor: Rin'wosho the Trader

  • How to get tokens: hand matched sets of Zul'Gurub tribal coins to Rin'wosho
  • Requirement: you (or your group) need to run Zul'Gurub to farm the coins

The three Zanza buffs are Spirit of Zanza, Sheen of Zanza, and Swiftness of Zanza. Each lasts two hours, and Spirit of Zanza famously stays on you through death — which is why raiders love it as a cheap, reliable buff.

What does Spirit of Zanza do?

Spirit of Zanza grants +50 Stamina and +50 Spirit for two hours, and the buff persists through death. That makes it a budget favorite for raiders who want extra survivability without burning a flask. It's the most-used of the three because it helps almost every class and doesn't fall off on a wipe.

How do you get Zandalar Honor Tokens?

You farm them inside Zul'Gurub. Trash mobs drop tribal coins (Zulian, Razzashi, Hakkari and the rest). You turn matched sets of these coins in to Rin'wosho the Trader on Yojamba Isle and he converts them into Zandalar Honor Tokens, which you then spend on Zanza potions and other Zandalar rewards.

Are Zanza potions worth buying?

For raiders, yes. They're cheap to make once you're already clearing Zul'Gurub, and Spirit of Zanza gives you a death-proof stamina buff that most flasks and elixirs can't match. If you never run ZG, the coin requirement makes them harder to stockpile, so plan your buys around your raid nights.
