Blizzard has not released an official talent calculator or Legacy calculator for WoW: Forever, and with the beta only opening on September 17, 2026, community build planners are still catching up to the reworked trees. What you can plan today from confirmed data: talent milestones at 11, 16, 21 and 31 points, a 51-point maximum, and 16 spendable Legacy points per character out of 65 earnable at launch.

Is there a Wowhead or Classic Plus talent calculator for Forever yet?

Not one I can confirm. Community tools normally appear once beta data is datamined, and the beta only started September 17 with a level 20 cap in week one, so full 51-point trees are not even testable yet. If you find a page calling itself a WoW: Forever or Classic+ talent calculator, check the date and whether it lists the new 16-point milestone; anything showing the old 2019 Classic trees is a placeholder, not Forever data.

The only class Blizzard has published in detail is the Paladin: Holy Strike at level 6, Seals that survive Judgment, Seal of Fury as a Protection tanking seal, and Retribution tools like Twist of Light and Instrument of the Law. Every other class is still unpublished, so any calculator claiming complete Mage or Warrior trees today is guessing.

How does the Legacy calculator side work?

Legacy is an account-wide, talent-shaped tree of non-combat perks. You earn one point per completed Legacy Challenge across six categories: Exploring, Leveling Classes, Increasing Tradeskills, Earning PvP Ranks, Maximizing Reputations, and Completing Dungeons and Raids. The first time any tradeskill hits 150, 225 or 300 also grants a point.

Points are shared by all your characters, but each character spends its own copy, capped at 16 at launch. The three trees hold perks such as Working Overtime (+4% skill-up chance per rank), Well Rested (+4% rested XP per rank and a higher rested cap), Reinforce (-6% durability loss per rank), Diplomat (+2% reputation per rank), For Great Honor (+2% Honor per rank), Bountiful Harvest (more gathering materials) and, deep in Resourcefulness, Reagent Economy, which removes reagent costs from class abilities. Points beyond what you spend feed the cosmetic Legacy Reward Track. Exact rank caps per perk are not published.

What can I actually plan before November 4?

Three things are safe to decide now. First, race and class: six new combos are confirmed (Gnome Priest, Human Hunter, Dwarf Shaman, Orc Mage, Troll Warlock, Undead Paladin), plus the Skyborne elves, who need the Skyborne Heroic Pack or higher and are faction-locked (High Order for Alliance, Windshaper for Horde). Second, your Legacy path: pick whether your first 16 points go into leveling speed (Adventure) or profession gain (Professions), since alts inherit the pool. Third, if you play Paladin, you can genuinely sketch a build from the published Holy, Protection and Retribution talents.

Do not lock in a full 51-point spread for any other class yet. Blizzard has said talents move away from percentage fillers, which means old Classic cookie-cutter builds will not transfer.

Will my talent points be refundable at launch?

Respec cost and rules for Forever have not been published. Treat the beta as the place to test builds; nothing carries from beta into the live game, so experiment freely there and keep your launch plan flexible.

If you would rather have a vetted human player handle the grind while you theorycraft, PewPewShop takes pre-orders for Forever until November 4: Forever Leveling 1-30 from EUR 11 is not on offer, but Forever Leveling 1-30 starts from EUR 13, and the Launch-Ready Pack (1-60, pre-raid gear and 500 gold) from EUR 219, all Self-Play or coaching-style, no bots.
