Where the product card offers self-play, you keep your seat in the group while the rest of the group handles the route, pulls and timer. Where piloted mode is offered, its account requirements are shown before checkout.
Will the key be timed for my weekly vault?
Timed runs are the default goal, since an in-time key is what fills the higher vault slot. Add the timed option on the dungeons that have it and the group plays to beat the clock, not just to finish.
Which dungeon and key level can I choose?
You set the key level on the slider and either let us bring a random in-range key or name the dungeon you need. Higher levels cost more because they ask more of the group, so order only the level your vault or score goal actually requires.
