Blizzard's 12.1.5 known-issues post lists three bugs: the Large Karabor Fountain decor has collision inside its water, the Anima-Powered Kyrian Oven decor has no collision, and Battle for Azeroth War Campaign breadcrumb quests can pop up after your Legion and BfA reputations became warband-wide. Blizzard is also looking at two post-raid quests that can't be completed after Kith'ix.

Patch 12.1.5 went live on October 13 in the Americas and on October 14 in Europe. Blizzard has not given a fix date for any of these.

In 12.1.5, Legion and Battle for Azeroth reputations became warband-wide. After that conversion, some characters get offered BfA War Campaign breadcrumb quests they never asked for. Blizzard lists this as a known issue. It's a nuisance pop-up, and nothing suggests it costs you progress. If you don't want the quest, you can decline it or abandon it and keep playing.
Is the Karabor fountain collision bug breaking houses?
No. It's a cosmetic placement problem. The Large Karabor Fountain treats its water as solid, so your character stops or stands on it when you'd expect to walk into the water. The Kyrian Oven has the opposite problem: no collision at all. Both items still work as decor. If you want clean walk paths, place them where nobody needs to walk through them until Blizzard patches it.
Can I finish the Kith'ix post-raid campaign?
Not reliably yet. Blizzard says it is looking into «Belly of the Beast» and «What the World Sees», which can't be completed after Kith'ix is defeated. Two cinematics are tied to this part of the story: one plays when Kith'ix dies and one plays during the post-raid campaign. Blizzard hasn't confirmed a workaround, so the safe choice is to wait for the fix rather than abandon the quests.
Are Labyrinth runs bugged?
Players report broken Labyrinth of Kindo'jan runs: objectives that never start and missing boss credit, which force a restart. Wowhead has covered these reports, but Blizzard had not acknowledged them as of launch week. Since you can clear the Labyrinth one wing at a time, playing it in shorter sessions limits how much a broken run costs you.
Other launch-week changes worth knowing
- Mythic Coiled Altar in The Venomous Abyss was tuned down on the weekly reset (fewer orbs, mutations and Dreadmarch targets).
- Several Mythic+ Season 2 dungeons, including Altar of Fangs, Ruby Life Pools and The Blinding Vale, got damage and health reductions.
- Crafted decor from pre-Midnight professions now costs less to make.
If bugs and restarts are eating your evenings, PewPewShop's vetted players can play through new content alongside you. Help with Kith'ix starts from EUR 21 and Labyrinth runs from EUR 2, as coaching or play-together sessions.
