Which Shattered Halls quests can I do at 66-67?
Pride of the Fel Horde opens at 66. Turning the Tide, The Will of the Warchief and Tear of the Earthmother open at 67. Imprisoned in the Citadel and both Wanted quests need level 70.
Which bosses do the quests need?
Warbringer O'mrogg holds the Tear of the Earthmother. Warchief Kargath Bladefist, the last boss, is the one you need for Kargath's Fist. The Imprisoned in the Citadel rescue is on a clock, because the captain is executed if your group takes too long, so plan a clean, quick run.
Does Shattered Halls give reputation?
Yes. It counts toward Honor Hold (Alliance) or Thrallmar (Horde), and unlike Ramparts and Blood Furnace, Normal Shattered Halls keeps giving reputation all the way to Exalted. Heroic does too. The faction's Heroic key is sold at Revered, and in Anniversary it is a Bind-on-Account item.
Are the quests the same for both factions?
The objectives match, but the givers differ. Tear of the Earthmother and the two Lower City bounties are shared by both factions. The other three have separate Alliance and Horde versions.
