Keystone Hero gives you a seasonal title — "Keystone Hero" — for timing every dungeon in the current Mythic+ pool at keystone level 10 or higher. It is a season-locked reward: once the season closes, the achievement stops being earnable and the title becomes a permanent marker that you cleared that content while it was current. No mount, no gear, no currency.

What you actually get

  • The title — "Keystone Hero" with the season's name attached, usable on any character on your account once earned.
  • Achievement points — it's a meta achievement, so it rolls up the per-dungeon achievements you earned along the way.
  • Season-locked prestige — it can only be earned during its own season, which is the whole point. Anyone wearing it played that season at a high level.
  • Progress toward higher tiers — the +10 clears that get you here are the same runs that push your Raider.IO score and your Great Vault options.

What it does NOT give you

  • No mount. The Mythic+ seasonal mount comes from a separate, higher achievement tier.
  • No item level boost or free gear — you keep whatever dropped during the runs.
  • No teleports. Dungeon teleports come from their own achievement line, not from this meta.

Is Keystone Hero hard to get?

It's a mid-tier goal, not an elite one. A geared player with a reliable group usually finishes it over a couple of weeks of steady runs. The difficulty isn't any single key — it's covering the full dungeon list on time, because one dungeon your group keeps depleting can stall the whole meta for days.

The most common wall is the last dungeon or two. Once you're down to a specific key you dislike, pugging it at +10 in time gets noticeably harder than the ones you already cleared.

Does the title go away when the season ends?

The title stays on your account permanently once earned. What goes away is the ability to earn it — after the season rolls over, that specific Keystone Hero achievement is no longer obtainable, which is exactly why it functions as a prestige marker.

How does it relate to my Mythic+ score?

They move together but measure different things. Score is a running number that rewards higher keys and better times across the whole season; Keystone Hero is a yes/no checkbox on timing every dungeon at +10. Finishing the meta will put you in a solid score bracket, but plenty of players push far past it without stopping to complete the full set.

What comes after Keystone Hero?

Higher keystone tiers with their own titles and, at the top end, the seasonal mount and rating cutoffs like the elite title. The natural next step is pushing +11 and +12 keys, which is where the score curve steepens and group quality starts to matter more than gear.

If you'd rather not spend three weeks chasing the one dungeon that keeps depleting, PewPewShop can put you in a group with vetted human players — coaching or play-together runs with no bots or cheats. Mythic+ runs start from EUR 11.99, and the High Keystone Boost for +11 and +12 timed runs starts from EUR 43.98 if you're already past the meta and pushing higher.
