Razorfen Kraul (RFK) has a handful of quests worth grabbing before you go in, and the two you shouldn't skip are the Willix the Importer escort quest, picked up inside the instance, and the boss-kill quest for Charlga Razorflank — "The Crone of the Kraul" for Alliance or "A Vengeful Fate" for Horde. Both hand out useful low-30s gear, and the Willix escort is one of the better XP-per-minute quests in the whole dungeon.
RFK is a level 25–35 instance tucked into the far south of the Barrens, marked by a giant twisted thorn mound (its sister dungeon, Razorfen Downs, sits right beside it). Most groups run it efficiently around level 29–33.

Where do I pick up the RFK quests?
The big one, Willix the Importer, is grabbed inside the dungeon — you find Willix caged partway through, free him, and escort him to the exit. "Bring Me The Egg!" and the tuber quest also center on items looted or gathered within the instance.
The Charlga kill quests ("The Crone of the Kraul" for Alliance, "A Vengeful Fate" for Horde) come from the Barrens quest hubs before you head down, so pick those up on your way to the entrance.
What level should I be for RFK quests?
Aim for level 26 and up to complete the objectives comfortably; 29–33 is the sweet spot where trash melts and you still get respectable XP and green/blue drops. Below 25 the mobs hit hard and the escort gets risky.
