No Discord integration has been announced for World of Warcraft: Forever. Blizzard's BlizzCon 2026 feature list covers gamepad support, opt-in transmog, HD/SD graphics toggles, a Camping system and account-wide Legacy perks — but Discord is not on it. Until Blizzard says otherwise, treat any Forever-Discord link as unknown, not as a confirmed feature.

Quality-of-life features Blizzard actually confirmed

Gamepad supportConfirmed. Forever launches with native controller support.
TransmogConfirmed, opt-in per player — you choose whether you see others' transmogs.
HD / SD graphicsConfirmed toggle for both characters and the world.
CampingConfirmed. Craft campfires outdoors, build campsites others can join, get tradeskill buffs.
Legacy systemConfirmed. Account-wide non-combat perks (rested XP, rep gain, durability) earned through challenges.
Flying mountsNot in the game. Ground mounts only.
Level scalingNot in the game. Zones keep fixed level ranges.
Discord integrationNot announced. Unknown.
NamingFull Name = Main Name + Secondary Name, with a display toggle in settings.

Everything above comes from Blizzard's September 12, 2026 announcement and Wowhead's on-site coverage. Forever launches November 4, 2026 at 3 p.m. Pacific, with beta running September 17 to October 21 for Skyborne Epic Pack and Warcraft Forever Collection owners.

Why do people search "wow forever discord"?

Most likely because the Battle.net app already offers Discord-style presence and voice chat, and players wonder if Forever ties into Discord directly for group finding or voice. Nothing of the sort was shown at BlizzCon. The announced social systems are Camping (shared campsites with tradeskill buffs) and the Full Name system — neither routes through Discord.

The other reading is community servers: a Forever category now exists on Blizzard's official forums, and unofficial Discord servers for Classic+ discussion existed long before the reveal. Those are player-run, not integration.

Does WoW: Forever support a gamepad?

Yes. Gamepad support is one of the few modern conveniences Blizzard explicitly listed for Forever. Details on button mapping, targeting behaviour or whether it matches the retail controller mode were not shown, so expect the specifics to surface in beta from September 17.

What Classic+ quality of life is NOT coming?

Two things Blizzard ruled out clearly: no flying mounts and no level scaling. The level cap is 60 permanently, with new content arriving as patches rather than expansions. Riding skill and the Honor system are being updated, but the actual numbers were not published.

Talents are also changing — the team said they are moving away from +1–2% filler points, and the Legacy perk "Talented" unlocks talent points from level 9 (still capped at 51 total).

Where will Blizzard answer QoL questions next?

Blizzard is hosting a live WoW Q&A on September 17, 2026 at 18:00 BST (10:00 PDT) on the official Warcraft Twitch and YouTube channels, taking questions submitted on the forums. A Forever Deep Dive panel also ran at BlizzCon on September 13. If Discord integration, addon policy or gamepad details get addressed, that stream is where it will happen first, with a VOD afterward.
