On EU realms the Great Vault resets every Wednesday at 07:00 CET (08:00 CEST during summer time), at the same moment as the weekly raid, Mythic+ and world-boss reset. Everything you earn from that Wednesday morning until the next one counts toward one Vault week. If you skip a week without collecting, the previous week's reward is still waiting when you open the Vault next.

- US realms reset on Tuesday, so most English guides quote the wrong day for EU players — always check for the Wednesday reset if you play on an EU account.
- The Vault opens as soon as you log in after the reset moment; you do not need to relog if you were already online, but the Vault UI refreshes when you next visit it.
- Your reward choices are locked in at reset. Anything you kill or clear at 07:05 on Wednesday already belongs to the new week.
What time is the WoW weekly reset in the UK?
The EU reset happens at 06:00 GMT in winter and 07:00 BST in summer. UK players tend to trip up when the clocks change, because Blizzard's EU servers follow Paris time, not London time. The gap is always one hour, so if you are used to thinking "7 in the morning", remember that is Central European time.
How do I unlock Great Vault slots each week?
The Vault has three rows, each with three slots. The raid row fills as you kill raid bosses on any difficulty from Normal upward, the dungeon row fills as you complete Mythic+ keys (or Heroic and Mythic 0 dungeons, at a lower reward tier), and the PvP row fills with honor earned in rated and unrated PvP. The reward quality in each slot is decided by the hardest content that qualifies for that slot — so your eighth-best key sets the tier of your third dungeon slot.
Completing eight Mythic+ dungeons in the week unlocks the full dungeon row, which is why "8 dungeons before Wednesday" is the routine for most raiders and pushers alike.
Do I lose my Vault reward if I don't collect it before reset?
No. The Vault holds onto your uncollected choice from the previous week, and you pick it up next time you visit. The new week's progress starts fresh underneath it. The only thing you can lose is progress toward slots you never finished — a week with five keys done gets you two slots, and the sixth key you meant to run on Wednesday morning at 07:30 counts toward the following week instead.
Why does my Vault reset on a different day than my friend's?
Almost certainly one of you plays on an EU realm and the other on a US, Oceanic or Latin American realm. Americas realms reset on Tuesday, EU on Wednesday, Asia on Thursday. Cross-region grouping does not change the reset day: your Vault follows the region your character lives on.
