A WoW: Forever leveling 1–30 boost is a pre-order service where a vetted human player takes a brand-new character from creation to level 30 — exactly the cap of the Forever beta. PewPewShop prices it from EUR 13, and it covers the starting zone, the early quest hubs and the first new dungeons (Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, the opening of City of Dalaran) before the Riverglades unlock at 30.

Why do the first 30 levels matter more in Forever than in Classic?
Three reasons, all confirmed by Blizzard. First, there is no level scaling: a zone tuned for 25 stays tuned for 25, so falling behind the curve costs real time on every pull. Second, the talent tree keeps its 11/21/31 milestones and adds a new one at 16 points — with the Legacy perk Talented handing out points from level 9, your build takes shape well before 30. Third, Legacy Challenges include leveling specific classes, and each finished challenge is one account-wide point for perks like Well Rested (more rested XP and a higher cap) or Bountiful Harvest (more gathering materials). Every alt after the first levels faster because of what the first one did.
Professions start paying off in this window too: the first campfire objects — Sharpening Wheel, Faction Banner, Incense Candle — unlock at profession skill 20, and crafted food now gives a small XP bonus.
Can I just level 1–30 in the beta instead?
You can, if you own the Skyborne Epic Pack or the Warcraft Forever Collection. The beta is capped at 30, so it is the perfect preview of this exact bracket — but Blizzard has published nothing about beta characters carrying into launch, so treat beta play as practice, not progress. The live grind starts November 4 at 3 p.m. Pacific, and that is when pre-ordered boosts begin.
Which start should I pick for 1–30?
Skyborne (elves from Zephras Isle, Horde Windshaper or Alliance High Order) get a floating-island 1–12 start and a race-wide glide, and can roll Warrior, Hunter, Rogue or Druid — Horde add Shaman, Alliance add Mage. If you want one of the six new combos, Forsaken Paladin and Dwarf Shaman are the headline picks; Paladins get Holy Strike at level 6 and baseline Consecration at 20, which makes their 1–30 noticeably smoother than in 2019 Classic. Alliance characters should plan on Hall of Thanes under Ironforge; Horde on Ruins of Lordaeron — both let the other faction in, so a mixed play-together group is fine.
How long does 1–30 take, and what comes after?
Solo kills on ordinary creatures land in roughly 10–15 seconds, and 1–30 is the quickest third of the curve. Boosters quote 2–3 weeks for a full 1–60 at launch, and the early levels finish well inside the first stretch of that window. From 30 you either continue through the Riverglades (30–45, from EUR 15) and the 45–60 finish (from EUR 18), or take the full WoW: Forever Power Leveling 1–60 from EUR 25 in one order. Dungeon-focused leveling is its own service from EUR 40.
If you would rather have a vetted human handle the early grind and log in at 30 with a clean talent build, a stocked bag and your first Legacy progress under way, PewPewShop's Forever Leveling 1–30 starts from EUR 13 as a pre-order until November 4 — Piloted or Self-Play, no bots, no cheats, and a long zero-ban record. Pair it with the 30–45 Riverglades run or the full 1–60 and the rest of the curve is already booked.
