Blizzard has not announced a Dungeon Finder for WoW: Forever. Nothing in the BlizzCon 2026 reveal, the dungeon panel recap or the published roadmap mentions an automated queue, a group-listing board or dungeon teleports. Whether Forever launches on November 4, 2026 with any built-in LFG tool is unknown; the beta that opens September 17 (level cap 30) is where the first hard answer will appear.

What Blizzard has actually confirmed about Forever dungeons

  • Nine new dungeons at launch: Hall of Thanes (beneath Ironforge, 13–18), Ruins of Lordaeron (15–20), City of Dalaran (20–35), an Excavation Site in the Wetlands, Drowned City (troll ruin off Stranglethorn), Blackmaw Hold (furbolg city), and three 40–60 dungeons: Alcaz Prison, Shaper's Terrace and Krol'dok Stronghold.
  • Every original Classic dungeon returns — Wowhead photographed three "Spelunker" achievements at the demo listing Deadmines, Wailing Caverns, Scarlet Monastery, BRD, Scholomance, Dire Maul and the rest alongside the new nine.
  • No level scaling and no flying mounts — dungeons keep fixed level bands, and you travel to them on the ground.
  • Legacy Challenges include a "Completing Dungeons and Raids" category; each finished challenge grants a point for account-wide, non-combat perks.
  • Dungeon finder, LFG tool, boss lists and loot tables: not published. Treat anything you read about them as speculation until Blizzard posts it.

Does WoW: Forever have an LFG tool like Classic?

Unknown. Forever is built by the Classic team, and Classic Era has never had an automated Dungeon Finder — groups form through chat channels, guilds and addons. Season of Discovery later added a manual group-listing tool, which is the closest precedent for what the same team might carry over. But Blizzard has not said Forever inherits either approach, so do not assume a listing board exists on day one.

The practical read: plan to build groups the Classic way at launch — cities, the LFG channel, your guild — and treat any queue or listing tool as a bonus if it shows up in beta.

Is Classic Plus the same thing as WoW: Forever?

Yes. "Classic Plus" and "Classic+" are community shorthand for what Blizzard officially named World of Warcraft: Forever — a third experience next to Modern and Classic, set in WoW's first year, with a permanent level 60 cap and new content delivered in patches rather than expansions. Searches for "classic plus dungeon finder" and "wow forever group finder" are asking the same unanswered question.

Will Forever dungeons be hard to fill without a queue?

Launch-week population is the least of your worries — Forever is included with any active subscription, and every Heroic, Epic and Collection pack ships invite codes that let friends play November 4–11 for free. Early on, dungeons in the 13–35 band (Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, City of Dalaran) should be the easiest to fill because they sit right where the leveling wave lands.

The 40–60 dungeons — Alcaz Prison, Shaper's Terrace, Krol'dok Stronghold — are where groups traditionally get thin a few weeks in, especially for tanks and healers. Without level scaling, an overleveled friend can still walk you through, which is how Classic players have always solved it.

Where will the new dungeons be, and can both factions enter?

Hall of Thanes is Alliance-flavored (beneath Ironforge) and Ruins of Lordaeron is Horde-flavored, but Blizzard confirmed the opposite faction can enter both. City of Dalaran covers 20–35, the Excavation Site sits above Whelgar's Excavation in the Wetlands, and Drowned City is a troll ruin off the Stranglethorn coast. Exact entrance coordinates for Blackmaw Hold and the three high-level dungeons have not been published.
