Keystone Master for The War Within Season 3 required a Mythic+ rating of 2000 earned during that season — roughly all eight Season 3 dungeons timed at +7. It rewarded the season's exclusive mount. TWW Season 3 has ended, so the achievement is now a Feat of Strength; the current equivalent is Keystone Master: Midnight Season 2, which uses the same 2000 threshold.
TWW Season 3 Keystone Master at a glance
| Rating required | 2000 Mythic+ rating on one character (the achievement then unlocks account-wide) |
| Season 3 dungeon pool | Ara-Kara: City of Echoes, The Dawnbreaker, Eco-Dome Al'dani, Halls of Atonement, Operation: Floodgate, Priory of the Sacred Flame, Tazavesh: Streets of Wonder, Tazavesh: So'leah's Gambit |
| Typical route | A timed +7 was worth a little over 250 rating, so eight timed +7s cleared 2000; a +6/+7 mix worked if the timers were comfortable |
| Reward | The Season 3 mount, removed when the season closed |
| Status today | Feat of Strength — no longer obtainable |
| Next milestones | Keystone Hero at 2500, Keystone Legend at 3000 |
How the rating worked in Season 3
- Only your best run in each of the eight dungeons counted. There was no Fortified/Tyrannical split to fill — one good run per dungeon was the whole job.
- Timing mattered more than key level. A depleted key scored well below a timed key a level or two lower, so pushing +9s over time was a slower path than clean +7s.
- Rating lived on the character, not the account. Two alts at 1000 each did not add up to Keystone Master.
- The score was displayed in the Mythic+ tab of the Group Finder and matched what Raider.IO showed, give or take rounding.
Can I still get Keystone Master: Season 3 TWW?
No. Season 3 closed with the launch of Midnight, and every seasonal Keystone achievement converted into a Feat of Strength at that moment. The mount, the title and the achievement points stay on characters that earned them, but no new one can be awarded.
The same applies to Keystone Master: The War Within Season Two. If a listing anywhere still advertises the TWW Season 2 or Season 3 mount as obtainable, it is out of date.
How was Season 3 different from TWW Season 2?
The threshold did not move — 2000 rating for Master in both seasons. What changed was the dungeon pool. Season 2 ran Cinderbrew Meadery, Darkflame Cleft, The Rookery, Priory of the Sacred Flame, Operation: Floodgate, Theater of Pain, The MOTHERLODE!! and Mechagon Workshop; Season 3 swapped six of those out and brought both Tazavesh wings and Eco-Dome Al'dani in.
Priory and Floodgate were the two carry-overs, so anyone who learned them in Season 2 had a head start on the Season 3 grind.
What did Keystone Hero and Keystone Legend give in Season 3?
Keystone Hero unlocked at 2500 rating and Keystone Legend at 3000, each with its own title. Dungeon teleports were separate: in The War Within you earned a portal by timing a +10 in that specific dungeon, not by hitting any rating number. The top 0.1% of the ladder at season end received the seasonal title, which for Season 3 was "the Unbound Hero".
Is 2000 rating still Keystone Master in Midnight?
Yes. Midnight Season 2 (live since 18 August 2026) keeps the same ladder: Keystone Conqueror at 1500, Master at 2000, Hero at 2500, Legend at 3000, with Keystone Myth at 3400 above that. The eight current dungeons are Altar of Fangs, Den of Nalorakk, Kings' Rest, Murder Row, Ruby Life Pools, Temple of Sethraliss, The Blinding Vale and Voidscar Arena. Master awards the Breath of Blight mount, Legend the Breath of Ruin.
If you typed "Season 3" out of habit and actually want the achievement you can earn right now, aim for 2000 in those eight dungeons before the season ends — the mount goes away with it, just as the TWW ones did.
Players who would rather not pug their way to 2000 can book a Keystone Master Boost from PewPewShop (from EUR 139.99 for the current season, including the Breath of Blight mount) or a smaller Mythic+ Rating Boost from EUR 45. Runs are played by vetted human players, Self-Play or Piloted, no bots and no cheats, and you can pick up route coaching along the way so the next season is one you finish on your own.
