The fastest TBC Anniversary Jewelcrafting route runs on cheap fillers: Delicate Copper Wire to 30, copper rings to 50, Tigerseye Band to 75, Bronze Setting to 90, bronze and stone items through the 100s, Truesilver and Thorium Settings in the 200s, Outland green gem cuts plus Mercurial Adamantite from 300, then Adamantite jewelry and blue gem cuts to 375. Jewelcrafting arrived on Anniversary realms with the pre-expansion patch on January 13, 2026 (Blizzard's announcement).

What players ask next

Which materials should I stock before starting?

Ore is the backbone. Copper, bronze, silver and gold bars cover the early game, plus Tigerseye, Malachite and Jade. Iron, mithril, truesilver and thorium bars carry the middle, and Fel Iron and Adamantite take over in Outland. The stone statues use Rough, Heavy, Solid and Dense Stone, which mining throws off for nearly nothing, so they are among the cheapest points on the route.

Why save Bronze Settings, Thorium Settings and Mercurial Adamantite?

Later recipes eat them. Bronze Setting goes into Heavy Jade Ring, Barbaric Iron Collar and several necklaces. The Thorium Setting is in almost every 255-300 recipe. Each Heavy Adamantite Ring and Thick Adamantite Necklace needs one Mercurial Adamantite, made from 4 Adamantite Powder and 1 Primal Earth.

Do I need designs for the gem cuts after 300?

Yes. Every Outland gem cut on this route comes from a recipe item: the green cuts need 300, 305, 315 or 325 skill and the blue cuts need 350. The rings, necklaces and statues between them don't use recipe items, so they fill the gaps while you collect designs.

Is a gem cut worth crafting once it turns green?

Sometimes. A green recipe can still give a point, but not every time. When one goes green, switch to the next item in the table if you can afford it. You'll save more raw gems than the extra crafts cost.

What sits at the top?

Crown of the Sea Witch starts at 375, so it isn't a leveling step. Once you hit the cap, you've finished the route.

Leveling Jewelcrafting is much easier at 70 with Outland ore within reach. If you'd rather not grind that part, PewPewShop's vetted players offer TBC Leveling 1 → 70 from EUR 25, run as play-together progression help with no bots or cheats.
