Normal, Heroic and Mythic 0 dungeons reset daily; Mythic+ progress and the Great Vault reset weekly at the same hour as your region's maintenance — that means 8:00 AM PT on Tuesday for the Americas, 4:00 AM CET (5:00 AM CEST in summer) on Wednesday for Europe, and Thursday morning on Korean, Taiwanese and Chinese realms. Raids also roll over on that weekly reset, not the daily one.
The short version: if you want another shot at a dungeon boss, come back tomorrow. If you want another Great Vault slot or a fresh raid lockout, wait for the weekly reset.

Regional reset times
- US / Americas: Tuesday, 8:00 AM Pacific (11:00 AM Eastern)
- Europe: Wednesday, 4:00 AM CET — 5:00 AM CEST during daylight saving, which is 3:00 AM UK time
- Korea / Taiwan: Thursday morning, local server time
- Oceanic realms: follow the US schedule — Wednesday morning AEST/AEDT in local terms
Daily resets happen at the same clock hour, just every day instead of once a week. If you are not sure, check the timer on your Great Vault or hover the raid lockout in your dungeon journal — the client counts down for you.
Do Mythic+ dungeons have a lockout?
No. You can run the same Mythic+ dungeon as many times as you like in a week — the keystone level and the loot from the end-of-dungeon chest are not locked. What resets weekly is your Great Vault progress: the eight-dungeon count that decides how many reward slots you unlock, and your best timed runs for the score snapshot.
Mythic 0 is the exception in the plus family — that one is a daily lockout per dungeon, so one boss loot roll per day.
Does a group reset carry over to me?
Instance lockouts are personal for anything on a daily or weekly timer. Joining a group whose leader already cleared a boss does not give you loot from it. Manual resets (right-click portrait, Reset all instances) only clear non-saved instances and are capped at ten per hour and roughly thirty per day — useful for farming old content, useless for skipping a real lockout.
When do the seasonal and affix resets happen?
The Mythic+ affix rotation advances at the weekly reset, so Tuesday or Wednesday brings a new affix set for the whole region. Seasons themselves start and end on a weekly reset too — that is when keystone floors, score wipes and vault upgrades all land at once.
What should I do right after a reset?
Claim your Great Vault before you run anything new — the old chest sticks around, but leaving it too long risks losing a week. Then bank the eight Mythic+ runs that fill all three vault rows, and clear whatever raid lockout you are working on while your group is fresh.
