Alliance characters in WoW: Forever level 1–30 through the original Alliance zones: Elwynn Forest, Dun Morogh or Teldrassil for 1–10 (or the new Zephras Isle for Skyborne, 1–12), then Westfall, Loch Modan or Darkshore, Redridge, Duskwood, Wetlands and Ashenvale. The new dungeon stops are Hall of Thanes under Ironforge (13–18) and City of Dalaran (20–35). There is no level scaling, so zone order matters.

Forever is built on WoW's first year with 1,000+ new quests layered in, so expect the familiar map with extra content along the way. Blizzard has not published which zones got new quests or how many, so treat the ranges above as the classic ranges plus the confirmed new stops.

Where do Alliance Skyborne start, and where do they go after Zephras Isle?

Alliance Skyborne (the High Order variant) begin on Zephras Isle, a 1–12 skybound island with Skywall-style architecture. Blizzard has not announced which mainland zone they land in afterwards, so plan on jumping into any 10–20 Alliance zone — Darkshore, Loch Modan or Westfall — the same way a Night Elf would travel to Wetlands or Duskwood.

Skyborne can be Warrior, Hunter, Rogue, Druid or, on Alliance, Mage. Their racials — Walk on Air, Wind Blessed, Elemental Insight and Read Ley Line — do not change your zone route, but +100% health/mana regeneration does make solo questing less stop-and-drink heavy.

Which dungeons should an Alliance character run between 1 and 30?

Hall of Thanes (13–18) is the new Alliance-side pick and sits under Ironforge, so Dwarves and Gnomes reach it without a hike. The Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep return as low-level options, followed by the Stockade, Blackfathom Deeps and Gnomeregan in the 20s. City of Dalaran (20–35) is the new mid-level dungeon and the natural finish for this bracket. Wowhead's photographed Spelunker achievements group Hall of Thanes with the novice dungeons and Dalaran with the experienced tier — a hint at difficulty, not an official level list. Boss and loot lists for the new dungeons are not published yet.

Is leveling 1–30 different from Classic?

The map and the no-level-scaling rule are the same, so the classic advice of finishing one zone before moving to the next still holds. What changes: every class and spec has been revamped, Paladins get a tanking seal, and the Legacy system offers account-wide perks such as Well Rested (+4% rested XP per rank) and Talented (talent points from level 9) once you have earned points on another character. Camping is new — building campfires in the open world with tradeskill buffs — but its exact numbers are unknown. Level 30 is also the beta cap (September 17 – October 21, 2026, per Blizzard's roadmap), so this bracket is the part of Forever players get to test first.

What comes after level 30 for Alliance?

The Riverglades, a brand-new Eastern Kingdoms zone for levels 30–45 with 150+ quests, new reputations and a neutral goblin port. City of Dalaran keeps paying out until 35, and Krol'dok Stronghold appears among the mid-level dungeons. The cap is 60 for good, with Mount Hyjal as the new endgame zone.

If you would rather skip the early grind and pick your character up ready for the Riverglades, PewPewShop's vetted human players offer Forever Leveling 1–30 from EUR 13 and Skyborne Start: Zephras Isle 1–12 from EUR 15, as pre-orders until the November 4, 2026 launch — play-together or rent-a-pro, no bots and no cheats.
