World of Warcraft: Forever ships with nine new dungeons on November 4, 2026: Dalaran (20–35), Lordaeron (15–20), Hall of Thanes (13–18), Excavation Site in the Wetlands, The Drowned City off Stranglethorn Vale, Alcaz Island Prison, The Shaper's Terrace and Krol'Dok Stronghold (both 40–60), and Blackmaw Hold. Two more dungeons are slated for spring 2027 and another two for summer 2027, per Blizzard's roadmap.

Blizzard has named the dungeons and given brackets for five of them. Boss lists, loot tables and exact entrance coordinates have not been published as of September 12, 2026, so treat any site quoting those as guesswork until the beta (September 17 – October 21, capped at level 30) surfaces real data.

Hall of Thanes opens the earliest for Alliance at 13–18, with Lordaeron right behind for Horde at 15–20. Both are cross-faction enterable, so a Horde group can still clear Hall of Thanes and vice versa. Dalaran covers the broadest chunk of the leveling curve at 20–35, which likely makes it the go-to for mid-level groups the way Scarlet Monastery was in the original game.
Remember there is no level scaling in Forever. If you outlevel a bracket, the dungeon stays at its fixed difficulty and rewards, so plan your runs around the brackets rather than expecting the instance to keep pace with you.
Are the old Vanilla dungeons still in WoW: Forever?
Forever is built on WoW's first year and adds on top of it rather than replacing it, so the expectation is that the original instances remain. Blizzard has specifically called out expanded Shen'dralar content around Dire Maul, Maraudon and Razorfen Downs, which confirms at least those three are present and getting new material. A full list of which original dungeons are untouched versus reworked has not been published.
How many dungeons will Forever have after the 2027 patches?
Per Blizzard's roadmap, spring 2027 adds two new dungeons alongside two new raids (10 and 20-player), and summer 2027 adds two more dungeons with a revamped iconic raid and a new raid. That takes the count of brand-new dungeons from nine at launch to thirteen by mid-2027, on top of whatever original instances carry through. Names for the 2027 dungeons have not been announced.
Is Forever a separate purchase, and do I need a pack for the dungeons?
No. WoW: Forever is included with an active subscription or Game Time. The Skyborne Heroic Pack (€29.99 on the EU shop) unlocks the Skyborne race, Zephras Isle start and name reservation; the Epic Pack adds beta access. None of the nine dungeons are gated behind a pack. The level cap stays at 60 permanently, and new content arrives in patches rather than paid expansions.
Getting the runs done without the LFG grind
If you'd rather clear these with a vetted human group than spam trade chat, PewPewShop is taking Forever dungeon pre-orders for launch day: any single dungeon run from EUR 12, the 40–60 instances like Alcaz Island Prison, The Shaper's Terrace, Krol'Dok Stronghold and Blackmaw Hold from EUR 22, and a full pre-raid gearing pass from EUR 59 ahead of the December 9 raid unlock.
